Your right to cancel

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier receive(s) the last delivery.

 

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you have to send a clear declaration of your decision by letter or email to Sparta Natura, Ribiotissa, 23100 Sparta, GREECE, email spartanatura@gmail.com. If you wish, you can use the cancellation form attached, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired (14 days after receipt of the goods).

 

 

 

Consequences of cancellation

 

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs but excluding any additional costs arising from any delivery method chosen by you that differs from our standard economy delivery. This repayment will take place immediately or within 14 days of the receipt by us of your notification of cancellation of this contract. You will be refunded using the same method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for this repayment. We may decline to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of their dispatch, whichever is the soonest.

 

You must return the goods within 14 days of the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline will be considered to have been met if you dispatch the goods within the stated period.

 

You will cover the cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value caused to the goods when such loss is attributable to action by you other than necessary to inspect the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.
